>Why this blog?

Calvary Student Ministries is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church in Neeses, S.C.  The ministry exists to see students come to know Christ and grow in their relationship with Him.  Since we believe that raising a Godly child requires the church helping the parent, this blog is meant to be a resource for the students, parents, and volunteers of the ministry so that they can stay informed and have resources to grow in their faith.  

>What is FaithWeaver?

FaithWeaver is a curriculum designed to help families grow. It’s designed so that children (ages preschool-12th grade) and parents learn the same lessons and applications each week. Parents are given practical and simple ways in which to disciple their child on the lesson throughout the week. It allows for parents to do more than just drop their children off at church, it allows them to be the most significant spiritual influence in their children’s lives. FaithWeaver helps parents, help their families!

>Who’s the guy doing this thing?

Jonathan Pearson is the Minister of Students at Calvary.  His passion is to see students and adults develop a passion to love and serve Christ.

FaithWeaver meets Sunday mornings at 9:45. Mid week activities are on Wednesdays at 7:00PM.
